Delivery and Payment Terms
For technical B2B inquiries, the following information applies unless otherwise agreed in the written offer or order confirmation.
1. Basis of offer and order
Scope of supply, technical specification, prices, delivery times and payment terms are defined in the respective written offer or order confirmation.
2. Delivery
Delivery dates and delivery terms are coordinated on a project-specific basis. Partial deliveries may be possible where technically and economically reasonable and agreed in the individual case.
3. Shipping, packaging and import
Shipping method, packaging, transport costs, customs and import handling depend on the respective agreement. International deliveries may involve additional costs or obligations.
4. Payment
Payment methods, due dates and any advance payments are specified in the offer or order confirmation.
5. Technical documents and confidentiality
Drawings, sample parts, specifications and technical information are used only to process the inquiry and project and are treated confidentially.
